*Final Episode Update: During the final episode of the Show, there will be two (2) Instant Saves during the Live Broadcast where eligible voters can vote, in accordance with the terms and conditions herein, in each of the Instant Save Voting Periods. Each Instant Save will include two (2) contestants. The Voting Periods for each Instant Save will be announced on-air during the Live Broadcast.
- 1. Voting Availability:
During each episode of WWE Tough Enough ("Show") there will be an "Instant Save" where eligible voters can save one of the bottom three (3) contestants (or bottom two (2) contestants should a judge enact a "Judge's save" from elimination during the 8:00 pm ET/ 5:00 pm PT live broadcast (the "Live Broadcast") of the Show. There are multiple voting methods to participate in this Instant Save: (a) voting online through wwetoughenough.com, usanetwork.com, the Official Tough Enough App and the Official WWE App ("Online Voting"); (b) voting through SMS ("Text Voting"); (c) voting through Twitter ("Twitter Voting"); and (d) any other voting method determined by WWE in its sole discretion (collectively the "Voting Methods"). Eligible voters may vote up to one time per: (i) valid email address/valid Facebook account via Online Voting; (ii) eligible phone number via Text Voting; and (iii) valid public Twitter account via Twitter Voting. On the last episode of the Show only, the Instant Save may include four (4) contestants and eligible voters may be allowed to vote up to two (2) times in accordance with the instructions provided during the Show's Live Broadcast. Any such update will be detailed in the Show's Live Broadcast and added to these Official Voting Rules prior to taking effect.
Online Voting is open to all individuals worldwide who are thirteen (13) years of age or older. Online Voting is subject to standard Internet access charges and data rates may apply.
Text Voting is open to all individuals located in the fifty (50) United States, including the District of Columbia, and US Carriers supported in Puerto Rico who are thirteen (13) years of age or older. Message and data rates may apply. If you have a text messaging plan, the text messages you send and receive will count toward your text messaging plan. If you exceed your text message plan, then standard text message rates will apply to any text messages sent or received outside of the allotted text messages that are covered under your plan. If you do not have a text messaging plan, standard text message rates will apply to any text messages sent or received. If you have an unlimited text messaging plan, then you will not incur any additional charges when texting to vote. Please consult your wireless contract or service guide regarding how much you will be charged for your standard rate text messages.
Twitter Voting is open to all individuals worldwide who are thirteen (13) years of age or older and have a valid Twitter account (visit Twitter.com to register for an account). You must have your Twitter account set to public. Twitter Voting is subject to standard Internet access charges and data rates may apply.
Voting in the Instant Save is available during the voting periods (each a "Voting Period") in each episode of the Show's Live Broadcast. The Voting Periods will be announced on-air near the end of the applicable episode, when the bottom three (3) contestants (or bottom two (2) contestants should a judge enact a "Judge's save" who are in danger of being eliminated are revealed. Each Voting Period will last between approximately five and ten minutes, commencing at the time that the start of Voting Period is announced and continuing for the period of time which is announced during each Live Broadcast. If you attempt to vote outside of the defined Voting Periods, your vote will not count.
You may not use any third party services to vote on your behalf. The Administrators (defined below) reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to reject votes cast by any individual who tampers with the voting process or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner or to take any other actions that they deem appropriate (including without limitation removing such method of voting from the Show altogether).
Additional voting periods and/or methods of voting may be added and the limit on the number of votes per person may be changed as determined and announced by WWE in its sole discretion.
- 2. How to Vote:
- Twitter Voting. Twitter Voting is limited to individuals worldwide who have a valid Twitter account and set their privacy setting to public. You may vote by posting a Twitter message (i.e., a tweet) which includes one of the hashtags relating to your contestant of choice, as included below, during the Voting Period. Contestant hashtags are not case sensitive. Misspellings will not be counted, however each contestant has one official hashtag and 3 acceptable alternate spelling variations. Limit one (1) vote per episode per Twitter ID. Any vote attempts via Twitter Voting above one (1) vote per twitter handle per episode will NOT be counted. The twitter vote will only count if it includes one of the contestant's hashtags included below. Re-tweets will be accepted as votes for the Twitter ID that re-tweets. Re-Tweets via Quote Tweets will not be counted as a vote. Outside of each Voting Period, any Twitter messages you post will not count as a vote. The contestant official hashtags and acceptable alternative spelling variations are included below.

World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc., Left Hook Media, True Entertainment, NBC Universal Media, LLC and/or Telescope, Inc., and each of their respective direct or indirect parents, subsidiaries, related and affiliated entities and persons, and each of their respective agents, officers, directors, employees, managers, members, contractors, and their respective successors, licensees and assigns, and any other entity involved in the development, administration, promotion, or implementation of any Voting Method and these Official Voting Rules (collectively, the "Administrators") are not responsible for and shall not be liable for difficulties, failures or malfunctions of telecommunications systems, networks, electricity, technical operations, phones (including wireless phones/handsets), phone lines or telephone systems or other communications malfunctions; cellular equipment towers, telephone systems or wireless services; interrupted or unavailable networks, applications or servers; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, late, lost, misrouted or scrambled votes, reports or transmissions of any kind; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission, communication or report; traffic congestion; inaccurate transcription or reporting of voting information; errors in any promotional or marketing materials; any human or electronic errors; or for any technical or other problem which may cause the voting to be disrupted or corrupted.
The Voting Methods are offered on an 'as-is' basis and may not be available in all areas at all times. If for any reason the voting is not capable of being executed as planned, or if there is an infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical or reporting failures, or if any other causes beyond the control of Administrators corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this voting, the Administrators reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to take any action they deem appropriate or to withdraw the transmission of any vote, but are in no way obligated to do so. Furthermore, the Administrators may, but are not obligated to, permanently disqualify from any voting any person Administrators believe has intentionally violated these Official Voting Rules, and terminate or suspend voting at any point and declare the vote results based on the votes up to that point, if it appears that the voting process has been so distorted by hacking, failures, errors or other interference that the results would not reflect actual valid votes should the voting continue. In the event of technical or reporting difficulties with all or some of the Voting Methods, Administrators, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to review the votes for accuracy and to take any action they deem appropriate, including, without limitation, voiding the votes cast during the time period in which such technical or reporting difficulties occurred, but are in no way obligated to do so. Administrators assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or voters or to any person's computer or other property relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials, applications or software in connection with this vote, or otherwise participating in this voting. By participating, each individual agrees to release, indemnify and hold the Administrators harmless against any and all claims and liabilities of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of such individual's participation or inability to participate in the voting. Administrators will take reasonable steps where practicable to prevent voting outside of any limited geographic area, where applicable; however, some votes cast outside of any applicable geographic area may be counted, and such individual waives any claims such individual may have against the Administrators as a result of the inclusion of such votes.
Caution: Any attempt by a voter or any other individual to deliberately damage any application, online service or website, tamper with the voting process or any Voting Method, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the voting is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Administrators reserve the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- 4. Conditions for Voting:
Administrators reserve the right, but are not obligated, to disqualify, block or remove any votes from any individual who votes by any electronic, mechanical or automated means, or otherwise tampers with the vote process, or for any other reason, as determined by Administrators in their sole discretion.
Administrators are not responsible for any damages to voters' device(s) that may occur from use of service. Administrators reserve the right, for any reason and in their sole discretion without any obligation, to modify, suspend or discontinue the voting service without prior notice.
Administrators reserve the right to modify any of the Show's contest or voting rules, the Official Voting Rules, the Voting Periods, and the terms and conditions of this voting process at any time in their sole discretion.
The prizes awarded to the winner of the Show on-air are subject to the terms, conditions, rules and qualifications of the Show.
- 5. Miscellaneous:
We do not use the Voting Methods to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at email@example.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
You agree that: (i) the Instant Save and the Voting Methods and Voting Periods associated therewith (the "Service" shall be deemed solely based in Connecticut; and (ii) the Service shall be deemed passive which does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over the Administrators, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than Connecticut. These Terms of Service shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of Connecticut, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute between you and any Administrator that arises in whole or in part from the Service shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Stamford, Connecticut. These Official Voting Rules, together with the Terms and Conditions at www.wwe.com/terms, the Privacy Notices at www.wwe.com/privacy and www.nbcuni.com/privacy and any other legal notices published by WWE on www.wwetoughenough.com, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and WWE concerning the Service. If any provision of these Official Voting Rules is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Official Voting Rules, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of this these Official Voting Rules shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and WWE's failure to assert any right or provision under these Official Voting Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. WWE reserves the right to amend these Official Voting Rules at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Official Voting Rules for any changes. Your use of the Service following any amendment of these Official Voting Rules will signify your assent to and acceptance of its revised terms.
